The photograph being enlarged just shows the yellowish-white specks in the substance of the polypus. I should be very grateful if any of your readers know of any local treatment besides excision, which will guard against recurre'nce of the polypi in different parts of the conjunctival sac in which, recurrences only seem to show after an incubation period of at least twelve months.
